The word SFUMATO, has been derived from a painting technique which is used for softening the transition between colours. The name serves as a perfect transition for food and the taste that their head chef Alena Solodovichenko puts in the food.
Chef Alena has styled the menu where she recreated her family recipes with produce coming from local farms.
SFUMATO’S main focus is on the ingredients, especially quality vegetables, doing all the talking and bringing affordable luxury to their diners. You can think of caviar mixed with cauliflower and lobster linguine paired with pickled tomatoes.
